Peyton Fester, Sports Reporter

Peyton is currently a senior at FHC. This year Peyton has decided to become a Sports Reporter for The Central Trend. Peyton is deeply invested in sports. For the school, he plays on the Varsity Golf Team. This season will mark his third and final year as a part of the team. He also plays recreational soccer with his friends on a team they started for an indoor league during the winter. Peyton also participates on the Student News at the school, and he is a member of the NHS. This year, Peyton and fellow sports reporter, Joe Friehofer have started a podcast for the school honing the title, the ranger rundown. The rundown is Peyton's favorite part about being on the staff. Peyton was named All-Conference for golf in the OK White during his Junior year and aims to do the same for his senior year. He also has been part of the FHC Honor Roll throughout his stint in high school. His favorite type of story is one that keeps him engaged throughout it's entirety. His favorite book is The Long Walk, by Slavomir Rawicz. Also in case you were wondering, any given Friday, Peyton is most likely with his friends and doing something active. Peyton is deeply invested in sports and would like to become a sports broadcaster after college. He is not sure of where he will be attending school next fall, however The Ohio State University sits atop his list.
