Everybody needs a little wake-up call in the morning. For a lot of people, that call is a drink with a whole lot of caffeine in it. Energy drinks have grown extremely popular among many teenagers, whether that is for early school mornings, sports, etc. There are a lot of different companies for energy drinks, but three of these companies definitely hold the best energy drinks.
Alani Nu
Starting off with an incredibly popular brand, Alani Nu. I often see Alani energy drinks sitting on people’s desks throughout the school day. Alani is so good because they have so many flavors that people have the option of getting. Pink slush is one of the best flavors, along with the Hawaiian Shaved Ice, Cherry Slush, and Breezeberry. Of course, the best flavor is to each person’s own opinion, but those are some of the very popular ones. Alani energy drinks also have a significantly smaller amount of calories than other drinks.
Red Bull
The first time I ever had Red Bull, I had it almost every day for a straight week. It was so good, and I was only having the original flavor. Later, I found out about the pink edition, and my life changed. Red Bull has other color editions to choose from, and they are all incredible. It also includes vitamin B, which helps with metabolism and energy production. Overall, Red Bull is a great energy drink to have on the way to school at seven in the morning.
Celsius
I’m sure everyone has heard of Celsius by now because of how popular it has grown throughout the last few years. These drinks have a high caffeine amount in them, which ensures whoever is drinking them will get that boost of energy they are looking for. Many of their well-known flavors are the Kiwi Guava, Peach Vibe, Tropical Vibe, Wild Berry, Watermelon, etc. The company has many flavors, which makes them a great option because of the variety they offer. These energy drinks have a low calorie content; on average, it is only ten calories per drink.
Monster
One well-known energy drink company is Monster. These drinks have a high level of caffeine in them, so there will be a ton of energy to run off after you drink it. There are different flavors of Monster, and a lot of them are carbonated if you are a person who likes that in a drink. After one of these energy drinks, you will be alert and focused for the better part of the day. These drinks not only energize you like crazy, but also taste very good.
Although energy drinks for sure have their downsides, they are needed every once in a while. These are the energy drinks I usually go for when I’m feeling like I need a boost to get through my day.
