“This weekend, I had a volleyball tournament that I think I played really well in. I got played a lot more often than usual. As a player on a JV team, it’s harder to get playing time because there are so many other people who you have to compete with to get spots on the court. I think I’ve definitely been improving. That makes me really happy but, then again, a little nervous too. It puts more pressure on you not to mess up, but then you just have to keep a good mindset and realize that you have other teammates who will support you no matter what.”
