Collin Sexton is an 18-year basketball player from Pebblebrook High School. He is from Mableton, Georgia. He is a 6-2 175 pounds point guard. He went to Alabama University to further his basketball career. This past weekend He recorded 40 points’ With three players on the court for his team. The whole Alabama team was ejected except for Sexton and two others. They only lost by 5 to Minnesota and they were 3 on 5 for the last ten minutes of the game.
Trevon Duval- With senior 4-year star Grayson Allen returning for the blue devils, Duval has had a great role model to look up to. Duval has impressed early on as the starting point guard and has looked like a veteran. In their first game against Michigan State, Grayson Allen had 35, but Duval was the unsung hero. He has been poised and controlled the pace of the game while being aggressive when needed. He doesn’t appear to have that one and done talent, but if he keeps improving he could carry the blue devils to a championship.
Marvin Bagley III– Marvin Bagley III should be a Senior in high school at Sierra Canyon but decided to forgo his senior year of high school and attend Duke University early. As an extremely young 18-year-old Bagley has been lighting up College hoops lately. In his recent PK80 tournament, Bagley had combined 82 points and 45 rebounds. Look for him to keep up his pure dominance from here on how out.
The Oklahoma Sooners are led by freshman sensation Trae Young who has led to the Sooners to a 4-1 start. Young has been on fire lately with 28 against Arkansas, 33 against Portland, and 43 against Oregon. Trae plays like Steph Curry where he can drive the rock and make layups, while also hitting deep threes and dishing out the rock. He has asserted himself as the leader for the Sooners. The Big 12 is full of top-tier teams, but I believe that Trae could win the Big 12 player of the year award.
