How many years have you been playing basketball?

“I have been playing basketball for eight years. I love the rush of playing and the team mentality of it.”

What is your goal as a player this season?

“My goal this season is to develop my jump shot and my dribbling.”

What is your favorite part about being on this team?

“My favorite part of the team is the relationships that I have formed with the girls on the team.”

Who is you inspiration when it comes to sports?

“My inspiration is sports is my sister, Emma. She is an amazing basketball player and soccer player and she pushes me to be better everyday.”

What are your pre-game rituals?

“Before every game I pray. I just ask God to be with me and my team on the court and it gives me confidence in myself.”

What is a quote that inspires you?

“Philippians 4:13, ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’ Whenever I am tired I think of this quote and it gives me the energy to finish the game.”

Do you play any other sports at FHC?

“I am on the Track and Field team. I like them both equally; both of the teams are great and I always look forward to both seasons.”
