What successes did you have last season?

“We really came together as a team. Throughout the season we became more in sync and comfortable with how each other plays.”

What are some goals this year?

“I want to become more of a leader and be someone people look up to. As a team, a major goal is to never take plays off; we make it a point to always hustle.”

Why did you start playing basketball?

“I started playing in second grade because both of my older siblings played, and I wanted to be like them.”

What is the best part about being on the team?

“All the friendships I’ve made. I have never had a team as close as the one I have now, and I am so grateful for that.”

What is your favorite memory from FHC basketball?

“Definitely winning the Forest Hills Northern game on a buzzer-beater. Nothing tops that feeling.”

What is a quote that inspires you?

“’Change your mind, change your life.’”
