“We are doing Age of Empires in AP World History right now, and last week Mr. Anderson said that there was a plague going around called the “Black Dot Plague.” If you were given a black dot from Mr. Anderson, then you had the plague. At first, our group was just a mess. But finally, we figured out that if we were still and held our ground, we wouldn’t get the plague. I think that this really strengthened our group and brought us together more as a team because we had to learn how to deal with a difficult situation as a group and do what was best for our group and not only ourselves.”
