What are some team goals for the season?

“I think that some of our main goals this year would be to win the conference championship and beat Northern. Last year we lost a heartbreaker to Northern, and I think we are looking to redeem ourselves this year.”

What is your favorite part about playing basketball?

“I like how in basketball the next play happens so quickly that you can’t dwell on the previous play. If someone makes a mistake, there is no time to think about it [because] you have to laser in on the next [play].”

What is your favorite part about FHC?

“My favorite part of FHC would simply be the idea of being a Ranger. Obviously being a Ranger comes with great responsibility, and I am looking forward to doing my part in that.”

What do you think about Coach Monroe?

“I really like him. Both Coach Monroe and Coach Ellis are really good guys. They know the game of basketball from previous experience as players. I think that they are doing a really great job for it being their first year of coaching. I am looking forward to the rest of the season with them.”

Who has been a key player on the team?

“Really I don’t think that one player stands out more than another. We have been working on playing together as a team, and I really think that will start to show in our upcoming games.”
