The girls freshman volleyball team competed at the OK White Tri at Northview on Thursday evening. FHC went 2-0, defeating Northview and Forest Hills Northern.

Remaining undefeated in the conference, the Rangers showed who the dominant team was that night, winning both matches in just two sets. As a team, the serving prevailed as a crucial factor by earning points on the scoreboard for FHC. Captain Addy Scholtens helped lead the Rangers to victory with her serve and receive, as well as her defensive passing.

Another key player was Maya Holser. Her hitting served as a crucial factor in the Rangers’ successful night.

“Throughout the season, she has gotten to be a much stronger attacker with more power and accuracy,” head coach Bri Tilton said.

The Rangers play next on Saturday, October 26th at the Cedar Springs Invitational.
