How is the season going so far?
The season has been great. We have put a lot of work in and still have a chance to win the conference. Coach Monroe and Coach Ellis have helped us come together and play more as a team.
What are your goals for the season?
One of my goals is to get better at defense.
How long have you been playing basketball?
I’ve been playing basketball since I was 6.
What is your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part is the chemistry that we have built.

What is your most memorable basketball experience?
In 7th grade, I came off the bench and made two clutch free throws to go up by three with 10 seconds left. This was against one of our biggest rivals, Northview.
What makes basketball special to you?
Basketball is special to me because you have to play as a team if you want to win. I guess that’s how life works too, but basketball is more fun.
