Ally Monaghan, Staff Writer

Ally Monaghan is a senior and is entering her first year writing for The Central Trend. She has always enjoyed writing and is very excited to be a part of the TCT team. Ally is planning on attending Central Michigan University to get her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. When she's not stressing about school, she enjoys writing for fun and singing. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Favorite thing about being on staff: Meeting new people and writing new types of stories.

Favorite type of story to write: Columns

Hobbies/Interests: Singing, writing, reading new books, and helping others.

Favorite book and why: The Help or The Great Gatsby. She knows, they're both school books, but school books are the best, right?

On a Friday night, you'll probably find Ally: Watching The Office on Netflix and eating junk food.
