Why did you choose Aquinas as your final destination?
I chose Aquinas college because I am able to continue the sport I love while being surrounded by a beautiful campus and learning in a manageable environment with small classes.
What was the turning point that made you want to play soccer in college?
I wanted to continue my soccer career because I knew it would be too hard to give up something that I love so much. It will also help me maintain a balance in my life and become a more well-rounded person. After winning the State title (FHC 2017), I decided that the collegiate level was my goal and I couldn’t quit this amazing sport.
What is your favorite moment from your soccer career?
My favorite soccer memory was winning the 2017 State Championship with my best friends (RGSO). The feeling was unreal and will be remembered forever.
What is your biggest goal once you get to Aquinas?
My goal is to be better each and every day, to help my team be the best we can be, to improve myself as a player and a person, and to always stay positive and never give up.
Describe your journey from early soccer experiences to now.
I started playing soccer when I was 4-years-old. I fell in love with not only the sport but the competitive environment and the discovered the thrill of winning. Soccer itself has taught me amazing life lessons and has brought so many wonderful people into my life. The memories I have made are second to none and will always hold a special place in my heart. Some of my favorites have been on the varsity team and winning the state title with my best friends. I am looking forward to the spring season before becoming a saint.
