The hidden arts at FHC series introduction
FHC is known for the Friday nights. We have a loud and proud student section, a dominating sports reputation, and academically advanced students. And it’s everywhere. Photos of students hang in the hallways, and countless articles are written about FHC in every way. Even paintings hang in our hallways—
paintings illustrated in the hidden wing of FHC: the art wall. Here, placed in the corner of the school, students let themselves go in front of their digital screens or rough canvases. It’s a part often left undiscovered by many students at the school, buried underneath hours of math and science. This month’s series is dedicated to figuring out just how important art is to FHC and the students involved, hidden or not.
