What has soccer meant to you throughout your career?
“Soccer is the sport that has made me who I am. So obviously not being able to have my senior season, it has been hard. It’s sad that I won’t be able to play on the FHC field again and compete in one last game with my family.”
What was your reaction when MHSAA canceled the soccer season?
“When MHSAA canceled the season, it felt unreal. I always had hope that maybe it would just be postponed, but once school got canceled, it really hit me and was super sad that I wouldn’t be able to play with my team one last time.”
What are you going to miss most about FHC?
“I think what I’m going to miss most about FHC is the comforting of seeing familiar faces in the halls. High school helped make me the person I am today. During my time there, I made so many good friends and learned so much it seems unreal that it’s already over.”
What has soccer meant to you throughout your career?
“Soccer has shaped me into the person I am today. Not only has it pushed me to be the best person I can be, but it always kept me grounded. It taught me teamwork, how to work through the hard times, and to never give up.”
What is your proudest accomplishment in your athletic career?
“My proudest accomplishment is to be on such an amazing soccer team. We were a great team on the field, but off the field as well. I made so many great friends and amazing memories. Just being on a team that made it so far in states is a great accomplishment.”
