What is one word you’d use to describe your act?

“Rambunctious.”

Why did you decide to try out for the show?

“I feel like every talent show needs at least one act that gets the crowd laughing, and I feel like since we’re gonna be the opener and closer, it’ll be a good way to start and end the night.”

What preparation has gone into preparing for your performance?

“It’s mainly just a couple of practices with all the guys getting all the choreography down.”

What’s another act you’re most excited to watch?

“I would say [senior] Russell [Baird’s] stand up because I feel like he’s one of the only people who can pull it off. He just has the perfect amount of confidence in all of his jokes.”

When did you acquire your talent?

“[Senior] Logan [Verlinde] brought it up, and he knew that previous years of senior guys have done this before. So, he wanted to carry on the tradition, got our whole gang together, and did it.”

If you had to choose either Alvin, Simon, or Theodore, which chipmunk would you relate to most and why?

“Definitely Theodore because I feel like he’s just the short, chunky one that, [to] everybody, is the comic relief guy.”
