Why did you apply to be a speaker?

“I applied to be a speaker because it was a good opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone and improve as a public speaker.”

How are you feeling about speaking at FHC Inspires?

“I am nervous to speak at FHC Inspires but excited to get the opportunity to do so.”

What was the process of picking the perfect TED Talk topic?

“I was very indecisive about picking my topic, but I ended up picking the topic of happiness because it is something everyone viewing it can relate to.”

What does your message mean to you?

“The message of my Ted Talk to me means to always do what makes me happy and quit doing something if I don’t like doing it.”

Who is your target audience?

“Everyone, because they can all benefit from it and hopefully improve their lifestyles.”

Did you ever see yourself speaking at FHC Inspires?

“Last year as a freshman, I did not see myself speaking at FHC Inspires because I was terrified of public speaking.”

What are you doing to prepare for the big night?

“I practice and rehearse my presentation and make it the best it can possibly be.”

How does your Google Slide presentation reflect your topic? 

“Because my topic is happiness, I tried to do big visuals that the audience can clearly see and fun pictures that also relate to the topic.”

What’s a mobile game you’re currently hooked on? 

“Probably just Wordle because it is something that I do every day and all of my friends do it too.”
