Why do you enjoy being in the play?
“I think it gives me a good opportunity to express my acting ability, and I get to hang out with my friends all the time. I [also] enjoy getting better at [acting,] because in the beginning I kind of sucked, but now I’m somewhat okay.”
What made you decide that you wanted to try out?
“I didn’t really want to try out; first, I wanted to do crew, and then I think I decided impulsively that I was just going to try out for the play instead.”
Do you relate to your character?
“No, because he is a Southern man [from] the 50s, and I’m not Southern, nor do I live in the 50s.”
What’s your character when you play Clue?
“I’m pretty sure [Colonel] Mustard. I haven’t played it in a while. [Colonel] Mustard reminds me of mustard.”
What is your pre-show ritual?
“I eat sunflower seeds, and I grind my teeth because I get nervous.”
What is your go-to fast food order/restaurant?
“Culver’s, and I like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a medium Mountain Dew, [and a] medium fry.”
Is it too early to listen to Christmas music?
“Do whatever makes you happy. Honestly, I don’t judge.”
