Do you have a favorite influencer? I know I do. Scrolling on social media can become boring unless there is someone’s posts to look forward to. The best influencers are always positive, usually have a big platform, and are, of course, entertaining. There are many apps and creators that many people love. I mainly watch TikTok, so my top five influencers are people who post on that app. They are people I want to watch everyday and sometimes are the sole reason I go onto social media every day.

Starting off strong with one of my favorite get ready with me (grwm) influencers, Samara. I love her content so much. Her videos bring such positive energy. She not only has entertaining grwm’s, but also she has great tutorials. They revolve around her makeup routine, and sometimes hair. Samara also does “fit checks” which is where she shows off her outfits, and it sparks inspiration for her audience. Half of my Spotify playlist is from songs in the background of her talking videos, so she has a big influence on me. Overall, she has a great platform, and whenever I see her on my For You Page, I never scroll.

Bob, also known as Uncle Bob on TikTok, has such amazing content with his niece, Teagan. Teagan is an adorable little girl, and Uncle Bob makes videos that are about everything they do together. They display a beautiful uncle-niece relationship on TikTok, and their content makes many people smile every day. They do videos where Uncle Bob does Teagan’s hair, they do fit checks, they try new foods, and have life updates. Their content is heartwarming and shows the goal of what a family should look like.

Ava has a platform on TikTok that is all about making people laugh. She is so funny and her videos are always with her talking or ranting about situations. Whenever I need a good laugh I always go to her account. She is the funniest person/influencer I have ever come across, and I love her. Her account is full of humor and sarcasm, and it covers things that happen in her life and how she turns it into a humorous situation to share with her audience.

Katie Fang is a grwm account similar to Samara, but I have been watching Katie for much longer. Her videos always bring a clean vibe to them, and her platform has grown a crazy amount in the time I have been watching her, so sometimes she can do cool giveaways because she works with many different brands. She is big on skincare, but she also does lots of makeup videos as well. She is now in college and she is thriving with her career as an influencer. Her content is so positive and she shows how caring and compassionate she is online. She always has a fun story to tell in her videos, and that’s why I love her content.

Karen runs a baking account, but it is not just solely baking. Her content is so unique because she has a thing called “cookies and crime”, and she bakes while telling stories of true crime. I not only am able to get recipes from her account for baking but also she keeps her audience entertained by telling interesting stories of crimes. Her account is not only helpful for recipes but also fairly educational.
A good content creator is one that makes their videos not only entertaining but also have a certain connection with their audience. All of these influencers have a different connection with the people that watch their videos, it just depends on what kind of things appeal to different people. I highly recommend watching all of those influencers, and those are only just a few of my favorites.
