JV football shuts out Northview 38-0 Thursday night
Thursday night, the Rangers battled the heat along with the Northview Wildcats. The game started late tonight due to the heat, but overcoming the heat was the least of their worries. Opening first half, the Rangers making a statement scoring 21 unanswered points. Which was led by Ranger offensive studs Jackson Clay and Bryce Kerr. Those two were all over the field on Thursday night. While on the other hand Brandon Weiskopf and Trevor Lewis took over the defensive load for the Rangers.
Going into the second half the Rangers still held a big lead, but it only got bigger as they went into the fourth quarter. As the game went on the Wildcats still struggled to find the end zone. The game ended at 38-0, with FHC winning yet another game and shutting out the NorthviewWildcatss.
Contributing to the Rangers win was sophomore Jackson Clay with two touchdowns, with sophomore Bryce Kerr adding another touchdown to secure the Ranger victory.
