What: Kati Mansfield has organized a candlelight vigil in honor and remembrance of those affected by the horrific events that took place this past week in Vegas. Painting of the rock will follow, in memory of the victims.

When: Wednesday, Oct. 4, 7:00 p.m.

Where: The spirit rock.
