“It was always fun to see all the set changes and everything that [theatre crew] did. So I went to Mrs. Demester and said, ‘This looks really cool, and I want to do it.’ My parents took me to plays a few different times, and it was fun to watch them. [My favorite part of the experience] was getting to see all the different people that do it and making friends while doing it. [I’m inspired by people] who are older, who know what they’re doing and show leadership. [The upperclassmen] are a lot nicer then I thought they were going to be, [like] a lot of people who were on the crew like [juniors] Cole [Kaminski], Dylan [Wilson], and Laura [Salas].
