The Rangers came off of a hot performance in their previous game against Ottawa, and had a bit of swagger to their game. The Rangers would not go away with a late goal in the first half by sophomore Jacob Guntern, and momentum starting falling with FHC going into the half. Starting the second half, the score was knotted 1-1, both teams had their chances that left the crowd on the edge of their seats. In the end, neither team found the back of the net and the final was 1-1.
