Freshmen Football continues hot streak, beats Northview 21-12
Big games from freshmen Carson Mocherman, Dallas Hopson, and Sawyer Bosch helped the Rangers storm into Northview and get a big win heading into some big games coming up later in the schedule. Carson directed the offense very well, along with making great power read calls, which led to a big-time touchdown pass to Dallas. Dallas had one touchdown on the day, along with Sawyer.
The first half was sound for FHC on offense, but the lack of defense kept the Wildcats in the game. Despite some defensive struggles, the Rangers headed into the locker room with a 14-6 lead. The second half was a great response defensively, only allowing a touchdown and forcing a missed extra point.
The Rangers have a big rivalry game against the FHN Huskies at home next Thursday, which is sure to be a thriller and is definitely one of the Ranger’s most important games on the calender.
