JV soccer captures another OK white victory
The Jackets were hungry for a nice helping of redemption Tuesday night, but the Rangers were only serving defeat. A huge OK white matchup took place, as the Rangers took on the Greenville Yellowjackets. The magic man, Micah Gschwind, started the night off with an early goal, but that would only be the beginning of a brilliant game. Mr. Magic would proceed to score four more goals to put the Rangers up 5-0 going into the half.
Coming into the second half, the Jackets were the first to find twine making the score 5-1. Elliod Kahsay then responded and crushed their momentum shortly after with an excellent goal from 20 yards out. Another Ranger would find the back of the net making it 7-1. The Jackets would have a late surge, scoring a PK with two minutes remaining in the game. The late goal would not be enough as the Rangers won 7-2.
The Rangers pick up another OK white win, while the Magic Man Micah Gschwind had another big day. Some other Rangers contributed offensively and found twine as well. The end of the season is upon us with one more game left as the JV Ranger Soccer team looks to end the year on a high note.
