What success did you have last season?
“Last year I was the Division 2 State Champion, Division 2 Diver of the year, and received All-American honors. It took a lot of work, but the success that came out of it was so worth it. This season, we are all working hard to perfect our dives.”
Why do you dive?
“Diving is a place where I can go to get away from school and life, and I can do something that I love everyday.”
Who is your biggest inspiration in your entire athletic career?
“My teammates because I love to see them succeed and they push me to be a better diver and competitor.”
What are your plans in the upcoming years?
“I hope to dive in college for either the University of Michigan or Northwestern.”
What is your favorite memory you have from your diving career at FHC?
“Probably the state meet last year when both my team and I did really well and we all achieved our goals. It was so cool to experience everyone being successful and supportive of one another while still competing against each other.”
