Superstitions: Krystal Koski, Patrick English, Jessica Schellenboom
Junior Krystal Koski in her third year on the FHC Crew team is a coxswain.
“I always wear specific hats for specific occasions. I always wear a black Northface hat to practice, and I have a white Ranger Rowing hat that I wear during every race.”
Patrick English, in his senior year at FHC, is a midfielder for the lacrosse team. Patrick is committed to Marquette University to continue his lacrosse and academic career.
“The biggest part of my routine before games is listening to music. As soon as school gets out right up util game time, I’m usually listening to something. It really helps me get dialed in and focused. I wouldn’t be able to play without it.”
Junior Jessica Schellenboom is in her eighth year as a swimmer and helped lead the girls swim and dive team to a second place conference finish this season. She will also compete at the upcoming State Meet for the Rangers.
“Every season we cannot shave our legs until the night before our biggest meet of the season.”
