Humans of FHC: Anthony Zarou

“I actually got started drawing because of my grandparents. My grandma is a super good artist; she was the one who taught me how to draw. She is more of a painter herself, but she taught me the basics when I was about five or six. I started out painting – it was obviously finger painting since I was just six – but I just started playing around with drawing after my grandma taught me the basics. It was really cool to find out what my thing was after being around my dad and my grandma who do primarily paint. When I go over to my grandma’s house it’s really fun because I can just sit down and paint.”
