Why do you like to ski?

“I like to ski because it is just one of those things that I just love to do, it’s my passion. It also brings my family together since we all love to go out and ski together.”

What are some of your personal goals for the season?

“Some personal goals that I have for this season are really to just enjoy skiing for the high school and also try to carry on the legacy that the girls team set last year. I also hope to make it to the Junior Olympics out in Vail, Colorado which will take lots of focus, training, and preparation.”

What are some of your team goals for the season?

“Some team goals that I have for the season is trying to reach the top; like the girls team did last year with winning States. That’s going to be a big shoe to fill but I think it’s possible if we all stay focused.”

Why do you continue to ski?

“I continue to ski because I think that without it I wouldn’t be the person I am today. It’s also one of my favorite things to go out with my friends and do.”

What is your favorite race to ski in?

“My favorite race is definitely GS (giant slalom). I love the different tactics and just the air flying across my face. Speed is definitely one of the things I love most about skiing.”

How long have you been skiing?

“I have been skiing since I was about 7. My Dad brought me to Bittersweet and I have loved it ever since”
