“During break, I went up to Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear. We usually go in the summer, so we were like, “We should go in the winter!a I love winter a lot. It’s so pretty because there is so much fresh snow on the trees. We went on Sleeping Bear Dunes– on the dune climb. The sand and the snow were both frozen. It was super windy, and people were sledding down the dunes. We also went cross country skiing. We went through all these ski paths in the deep woods; they were covered with pine trees. We skied for a few miles all through the woods, and we ended up on the shoreline near Glen Arbor. The lake was frozen and the ice was super pretty. The water was turquoise blue, and all the snow was there in cool patterns with the sand.”
