If you need to cut weight, what are your techniques for doing so?
“I usually cut 5 to 10 pounds. I wear sweatshirts and sweatpants to practice to sweat more. I will work out during lunch and consume very little water and food throughout the days before weigh-ins.”
What do you do in your off -season to prepare?
“In the off-season, I go to camps and off-season practices.”
