JV softball ends season with a win over Lowell
The JV softball team went out in its last game of the season with a bang to defeat conference leader Lowell 11-6. Freshman Faith Addington took the circle to earn the win, giving up 10 hits and a walk but striking out 8.
The offense was firing on all cylinders as freshman Kylie Halverson and sophomore Jordyn Carlson both went .500 at the plate with multiple hits. Sophomores Caitlin Snyder and Anna Breaugh, along with freshman Bela Gonzalez each added a hit on the night as well. On the defensive side, the Rangers finally played clean ball to hold the powerful Red Arrow offense to a low production night.
FHC was the first team to hand the Red Arrows a conference loss, and the Rangers finished in second place in the OK White with a 19-10 (9-3) season record.
