Humans of FHC: Sarah Logan

“So I lived in Belgium and Germany because my dad was in the military when I was three to eight or nine [years old]. In Belgium, I was able to go to school and learn French, but I forgot it all. I really wish I could relearn it and live there; it was cool being able to travel to a lot of different countries and see different cultures. All the food was really good there compared to here.

Just overall [Belgium’s food] quality was really good, and the restaurants had really good food; their crepes were really good. They had farmer’s markets where they have really fresh foods, and you could get [better quality food].”
