What is your favorite part of the sport?

“Being able to go five days a week, seeing all of the girls every day and having all of them with me so often, as well as being able to all connect as a unit and team.”

What/who was your inspiration for the sport?

“My sister played when I was younger and I was at all of her games, so she got me into the sport.”

Do you play any other sports, if so how do they relate to this sport?

“I play soccer, and I’m a goalkeeper for soccer so I have to use the same types of movement as in the back row for volleyball.”

What are your goals to improve as a player?

“Last year, I was in a setting role and a right-side hitter. So, in moving into a new position on the other side of the court, I would like to get more consistent on my hitting on the outside.”
