Boys JV basketball takes down Greenville with ease

FHC’s boys JV Basketball team was off to a fiery start against Greenville on Thursday night. The boys started off fast, picking up their beginning pace from past games. With their intense play, the team finished with a score of 78-25 against the Yellow Jackets.

Due to the boys’ start, they began the game with a 14-0 run. They came at their opponent ready to put them away early in the game. Both sophomores Matthew Mittlestadt and Maxime Larmande made some great plays off of the bench, keeping the level of play high. Sophomore Conner Milton also had a great dunk that night that really helped to spark the team. Each of the guys played competitively the whole game and made sure to continue playing at their own level.

“The guys played really well today,” head coach Jordan George said. “We had our best start of the season tonight after I challenged our guys to start fast.”

The next game for the Rangers is on Tuesday, January 4th at Cedar Springs High School at 5:30 PM.
