On Tuesday, the boys JV Basketball team played East Grand Rapids at the Pioneers’ home court. Once again, the Rangers started off very well and were ready to face the Pioneers. The boys ended up on top, winning the game with a score of 57-41.

Even though FHC started off well on offense, they struggled a bit defensively in the first half, but they found their stride in the second half. The key was that they strung a few defensive stops together that helped them build the lead. Sophomores Conner Milton and Ben Scholler continued to do well in this game. Conner played very well, shooting threes, getting rebounds, and playing solid defense. Ben also made some very good plays, shooting threes and building momentum for the team.

The next game for the boys is on Thursday, January 31st against Northview at 5:30 PM. This game will determine whether or not the boys will stay first in the conference.
