I love miniature things. They are so cute, and they make me so happy. For spring break, I need new hygiene products that can travel with me, so I decided to try out some new ones.

I went to Target, because they have a lot of travel-sized items, and I browsed the items there. Mostly, I picked them based of the look of the packaging because I wanted them all to have a spring vibe. I also picked some things that I legitimately need; however, mostly I chose pretty things.

Hero Mighty Patch

I have wanted to use these for a while because I know people that have used them and really enjoy them. I put a patch on a blemish that was on my forehead, and it became almost invisible. I could barely see it, and I’m pretty sure the only reason I could see it was because I put it on, so I knew where it was.

I left it on when I went to bed because it was one of the overnight ones. Upon taking it off in the morning, my blemish started to bleed.

Not only did the blemish not go away, but it also bled for almost five minutes, and I had to try to stop the bleeding while getting ready for school. I am probably going to keep using these to see if multiple uses will make a blemish go away. I still have some left, so I might as well use them, but I definitely did not get the results I was expecting.

ARC Whitening Booster

Honestly, I was really looking forward to this product because it said that it works almost immediately. I wanted to see if there were instant results and if my teeth would become noticeably whiter.

After I brushed my teeth, I placed a small amount of the whitener on my toothbrush and started brushing it on. Almost immediately, my mouth started to hurt. It felt like the whitener was burning my gums. It wasn’t like how mint flavor can sometimes burn because it’s so strong, it felt like my mouth was actually on fire.

I kept brushing because I wanted to do it for the whole one minute to get the right results. However, I eventually couldn’t put up with the pain anymore and I spit it out. I swished water around my mouth to try to get all the whitener out of my mouth, but even swishing water made my mouth hurt more. My gums were more red than usual, and I decided that I was never going to use that product again.

Que Bella Face Masks

I haven’t actually used these face masks yet because I want to save them for when I go on spring break, but I have used them in the past, and they are one of my favorite kinds.

Originally, I wanted the avocado one that is my absolute favorite, but there weren’t any at Target when I went, so I settled for kiwi and aloe vera.

The packages are both a pretty green color, and the masks themselves smell so good. They are very relaxing when I wear them, and I have spent a lot of money on these face masks; I can’t help but keep buying them.

They make my skin feel really smooth and hydrated–unlike a lot of other face masks I have tried. I will continue to obsess over this brand. These will definitely be accompanying me on spring break.

NYX Setting Spray

I have been wanting to get a setting spray for a while, so when I saw this tiny one, I was so excited. I wasn’t sure when I was going to get to try it out because I haven’t been wearing make-up to school, but I decided I was going to wear make-up one day just so I could test the spray.

After I put my make-up on, I put on the spray. I think I did it too close to my face because my face felt wet, but besides that, I didn’t have any problems with applying it. It felt more like a user error.

It didn’t work as well as I expected it to because by the time it was five o’clock, most of my make-up had already come off. I will be using this product again and trying to apply it further away from my face. I was really looking forward to using this setting spray so I will continue to attempt to make it work.

Venus Razors

These are one thing I picked purely because of the way they look. These razors are so pretty. They are light blue, and they have flowers on them. I realize that picking a razor because it has flowers on it is pretty strange, but for some reason, they make me happy, so I got them.

My old razors have been the Venus brand, and I have had no issues with them, so I didn’t expect to have any with these ones.

As predicted, no problems occurred, and I was enjoying the patterns on the razor the whole time I was using it.

Not Your Mother’s Plump For Joy Dry Shampoo

I have used Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak dry shampoo before, and I really like it, but I have never used the Plump for Joy kind before. I love dry shampoo because I think it is so convenient and helpful. This brand is my absolute favorite.

I love the way that this dry shampoo smells. It smells like hair spray, and I enjoy the smell of hair spray, but it also smells like flowers which is delightful.

I also feel like it actually does what it is supposed to when I use it. My hair looks cleaner and less greasy after I use the shampoo, exactly like it should. I also love that I can take it with me anywhere because of its small, travel-sized can. I can take it anywhere I go, and I use it all the time.

B12 Awake Patch

I thought that this product was going to be a lifesaver. It is supposed to give you energy and help you wake up. I have a hard time sleeping, so the amount of time I sleep is very limited.

When I decided to try it, it was on a day where I had gotten about five hours of sleep the previous night. I knew that I was going to be exhausted the whole day, so I decided this would be my best chance at a trial. When I opened the package—which was gorgeous and blue—I immediately took notice of the color of the patch. It has an orange shade to it. I wish that it was more clear because it is very noticeable, and I got a lot of word looks throughout the day.

In addition to that, I didn’t feel any more awake than I do every other day. I don’t know if the effects were supposed to happen while I was wearing the patch, but if that was the case it didn’t work.
