“Sugarplum is the biggest role in The Nutcracker. I’m excited to perform it, but I’m also a little bit nervous. It’s a lot to do, but it’s really cool that I get an opportunity to be such a big part of a ballet. [I’ve been in The Nutcracker] for about ten years; I’ve kind of lost count. It hasn’t really hit me that it’s the end, but The Nutcracker is just so special. It’ll be really sad after the weekend is over.”
