Why do you play volleyball?

“I play volleyball because not only is it fun, but I have made so many friends over the years through club and school. Being part of a school sport is also a great way to be active through the school, and being part of a team is an experience that everyone should have.”

Who has been your biggest inspiration in your volleyball career?

“My team and coaches are my inspiration and motivation. Every year they push me to be better and help me improve.”

What is your personal goal for this season?

“My personal goal is to be work hard and have the best season of my life. There is no better way to start out senior year than to have a fun volleyball season.”

What has your FHC volleyball career been like?

“I started out on the freshman team with Coach Kristina, made my way to JV with Coach Nat, then my first year on varsity was with Coach Heinz. Now I’m onto my second year on varsity with Coach Shields. Every year I have had new people on my team and every year we have all become really good friends. We have our ups and downs, but we figure it out in the end and grow as a team. In all honesty, I couldn’t be more thankful for FHC Volleyball.”
