Why do you play volleyball?

“I play volleyball because it is a tough mental game as it is physical. Playing strengthens my mind which makes me a better player and person.”

Who has been your biggest inspiration in your volleyball career?

“My biggest inspiration is any outstanding athlete ever. Seeing others work hard and excel beyond expectations inspires me to be great too.”

What is your personal goal for this season? What do you think is the key to achieve this goal?

“My personal goal is to not only be a smart and aggressive back row player but to also be a weapon in the front row. I think I can achieve this by working my butt off in practice and making sure my mental attitude is sharp when I’m playing to keep my focus.”

Talk a little about your time being apart of FHC volleyball, this year and previous years.

“This year has definitely been the most intense. In the past two years I was a setter and now I am playing both outside hitter and DS. It has been challenging to learn new positions but it has been a good learning experience and I’m excited to get even better.”
