7. Leroy Burrell (United States) a�� 9.85 seconds. Burrell set this world record after beating his own previous record of 9.90 seconds.
8. Justin Gatlin (United States) a�� 9.85 seconds. Earning the gold medal at the 2004 olympics, Gatlin was able to earn the 8th spot of the fastest dashes ever.
9. Olusoji Fasuba (Nigeria) a�� 9.85 seconds. Fasuba was able to earn this time at the Doha Grand Prix in 2006.
10. Carl Lewis (United States) a��9.86 seconds. With nine olympic gold medals and eight world championship gold medals in his pocket, Lewis was able to earn the 10th spot on this list.
