Who has been your biggest inspiration in your volleyball career?
“My biggest inspiration and motivation is and always will be my teammates. I play for my teammates. We, not me.”
What is your personal goal for this season?
“My personal goal for this season is to get more accurate when serving. I can serve to all the zones, but now we are working at becoming more strategic when serving lines, seams, and balls of different depths.”
What is your favorite quote?
“My favorite quote is, ‘An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind,’ because it reminds me to always try and take the high road.”
Talk a little about your time being apart of FHC volleyball, this year and previous years.
“Volleyball season at FHC is my favorite time of year. It allows girls that don’t usually hang out to hang out and get to know each other more. This year we got a new coach, but he stepped down so now Dayle Wood is our coach and she is amazing. She pushes us really hard and I’m glad she does. I have had five different coaches since freshman year, but all of them have been really great. The girls that are a part of my team this year are so cool. I love having girls from every grade level on my team; especially freshmen because I don’t know many kids in their class.”
