What is your favorite part of cross country?

“Cross country gives me the motivation to go out and run after school, instead of sitting around on the couch all day watching TV.”  

Why did you join cross country?

“I joined the team because I wanted to do a fall sport that would help me get in shape for basketball season.”

What is the hardest part about cross country?

“The hardest part about [cross country], is not being able to stop for a break when you have about nothing left in you to keep going.”

What is your personal goal for the season?

“My goal for this season would be to run four miles without stopping for a break.”

What other school sports do you partake in?

“I participate in basketball and lacrosse.”
