Varsity volleyball wins second consecutive game against Ottawa Hills 3-0
The varsity volleyball team took home its second conference win this Thursday against Ottawa Hills on the road. The team controlled the Bengals in every set, allowing them only 22 points throughout the entire night. The Rangers dominated set one and two, winning them 25-4 and 25-7, respectively. Set three was marginally closer ending 25-11.
Leaders of the night were senior defensive specialist Katie McClure, sophomore setter Morghan Tilton, and sophomore hitter Tatum Otolski. Katie had 14 digs throughout the night and 9 aces. Morghan had 11 assists, and Tatum, a first-year varsity hitter, led the team offensively with 6 kills.
The Rangers play their next conference game Tuesday, September 25 against rival Lowell on the road. The team also has the Power League tournament this Saturday at Rockford.
