Boys JV Basketball defeats Northview 55-40
Sophomores Colton Jenkins and Joe Seurynck came off of the bench with great effort and energy in the Northview game on Thursday, January 31st. The boys once again came out with another win, beating the Wildcats by a score of 55-40.
The boys played very hard, playing their best on defense and stopping their opponents from going on long runs. Although, the Rangers struggled a bit with shooting, and they couldn’t get their score up to as high as they usually do. Nonetheless, the Rangers persevered and played great defense which set their dominant tone early in the game.
“I’m proud of our guys because we played hard and fought through adversity even though we weren’t making shots, which isn’t always the easiest thing to do,” head coach Jordan George said.
The next game for the boys is on Tuesday, February 4th against Wyoming at 5:30 PM at Wyoming High School.
