The undefeated freshman volleyball team continued their dominant play in the OK White Conference on the road on October 15th against Cedar Springs.
Controlling the serve all night, the Rangers defeated Cedar Springs within just two sets. FHC’s servers were Brooke Kushak, who had many serving runs, along with Maya Holser. Also contributing to the Ranger’s offense was Ally Werkema who set fantastically, feeding Emma Costello on the outside. Addy Scholtens led the team on passing. On defense, Addy was also a major contributor, minimizing the points for Cedar Springs on the scoreboard. FHC won the first set 25-16 and the second 25-6.
“Overall, I am pleased with the girls performance and am looking forward to our competitive games later this week,” head coach Bri Tilton said.
The Lady Rangers are back on their home court on Thursday, October 17th playing in the OK White Tri.
