On their home court, the Rangers went up against Greenville and Lowell home at the OK White Tri Thursday night. The Lady Rangers defeated both teams, and their serving was crucial to their success. 

Captain Ally Werkema got to dabble in the libero position. She also ran the floor setting. Improving immensely, Ella Hunnewell worked her way into a starting six spot. In the Greenville match, she had a very long run of serves. Captain Emma Costello, implemented many crucial kills and played efficiently moving all around the net. Maya Holser also got to play in the middle position with quick attacks. It was a team effort that generated the defeat over the Red Arrows and the Yellow Jackets. 

“I am incredibly proud of my girls tonight,” head coach Bri Tilton said. “It is the best they have played thus far [in the season].”

The Rangers play next on road at the Cedar Springs Invitational on Saturday, October 26th.
