Joe Freihofer

Joe Freihofer, Sports Reporter

Joe is a senior  at FHC and this is his first year as a member of The Central Trend. He is a sports reporter who played lacrosse and football in his freshman and sophomore years, and football as a junior. He is running track this spring, and is the co host of the FHC Sports podcast: The Ranger Rundown. He also plays indoor soccer in the winter for fun with FC Frost. Joe is unsure of where he will end up for college, but is between Ohio State, Michigan State, and Hillsdale College. He hopes to go into sports journalism or sports broadcasting.

His favorite part about being on the staff is having the opportunity to go to all sorts of different sporting events and getting to know all of the different athletes. His favorite type of story is a football column, and he loves to fly fish. His favorite book is “Hatchet”. If it’s a Friday night, you will probably find Joe at an FHC sporting event cheering on his classmates.
