Freshman volleyball dominates against Greenville 2-0
Last night, FHC freshman volleyball took on Greenville at the Rangers’ home court. The end of the game resulted in FHC securing the win in the first two sets of the game with final scores of 25-21 and 25-20. This game required the Ranger offense to be on fire throughout the entire game to keep its lead.
With multiple players out due to sickness and injury, the team had to make the best out of what they had and they adapted to make it work. There wasn’t one specific stand-out player in the game, but rather the team as a whole used its strengths to come out on top. One of the biggest positive point was the team comradery during this game. The girls really came together to pick up each other up when they didn’t have many players present.
The freshman team continues to leave lasting impressions on its opponents. The Rangers’ current record in the OK White conference is undefeated at 6-0. The next game that they will play is tomorrow at home against cross-town rival Forest Hills Northern.
