How long have you been playing volleyball?
“Six years.”
How did you start playing field hockey in the first place and what inspired you to play?
“All of my friends decided to try it in middle school and they all asked me if I wanted to play.”
What are your hopes for this season as an individual?
“To just play every game like it’s my last and enjoy every minute. I didn’t get to play all last year due to a really bad injury, so I’m also trying to stay physically healthy.”
What are your hopes this season as a team?
“We just want to win as many games as possible and show the other teams in the division who we are and that we deserve to be in Division 1.”
Do you have any game day rituals?
“I really spend the day mentally preparing for the game by listening to music, drinking a lot of water, and staying focused.”
Is there a song that pumps you up for the game?
“I listen to a lot of different music, it mostly depends on what I’m feeling that particular day. However, I love rap, country, pop, and really any music.”
