Where’s the team’s confidence level right now coming off 3 straight shutouts?
“I would say it’s definitely gone up. We’re starting to play together better and we’re just more confident on the field.”
What was the hardest part of transitioning from the JV team to Varsity?
“It helped that I got pulled up so I knew what practice was like, but I guess just learning all the formations since it’s different on JV, but it’s been a fairly easy transition so far.”
What’s the best part about being on the team?
“Probably becoming closer with people on the team, because I think that we have a really good team dynamic and it’s nice having friends on the team that you can play with.”
As you’re halfway through the season, how would you assess your season personally?
“I would say it’s been a pretty good season so far. I’ve just been trying to get better every game and help the team out in whatever way I can, so I’ll just do my best to continue that.”
What are some more personal goals for the remainder of this season and even next season?
“Probably to help the team and improve our team dynamic and chemistry. I also want to help our team connect passes better since that’s an area we want to improve in.”
